Utilising Custom Tables allows you to manage detailed data commonly stored in spreadsheets directly in Act!. Act! subscribers can now trial Custom Tables for 14 days, complete with demo data, and see firsthand how to gain new insights from consolidated data, drive targeted sales & marketing campaigns, and provide personalised customer experiences.
SMS4Act! allows for ad-hoc text messages to be sent to customers anywhere in the world, directly from Act!. Create text messages for any occasion including scheduling, order updates, shipping status, event reminders, promotion notifications, and more.
To improve overall usability, the Campaign Dashboard now includes a new “Properties” dropdown menu with new options to quickly review specific campaign metrics. Options include the abilty to “Jump to Campaign”, “Jump to Campaign Dashboard”, and “Export all Email Campaigns”.
To make it easier for Act! Marketing Automation users to zero in on the right data, we’ve added three new filters for suppression “Reason”, “Status” and by date.
In locales or industries where the 24-hour time format is preferred, users can now select this option on the fly or set it as the default option within the Account Properties settings.

Actionable insights are vital to business success. Act! Insight now includes an advanced dashboard builder, which allows you to quickly create new analytics dashboards so you can visualize your data, gain meaningful insights, and react quickly to changing market conditions.
Act! admins can now configure and require Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), a multi-step authentication process that provides an additional layer of security to prevent unauthorised account access. It works by requiring users to enter a unique numerical code sent to them via text message, in addition to their username and password, when logging into Act!.

Act! Companion now allows you to create and edit products in-app.
If you've happened to set an alarm for an Activity, you can now use the alarm pop-up window to clear the activity. When an alarm pop-up is presented, you can select "Clear Activity", which allows you to "Save and Follow Up", which works in the same way as if you had cleared the Activity from the Calendar or Task List.
When removing an attachment from a Note in Act!, there is a warning prompt asking if you are sure you want to remove the attachment. This same warning prompt has been added to Activities and History entries to add consistency across the product.
We made a number of enhancements to improve the Record Manager filter on the Opportunities screen, improved handling of auto-dialing for domestic and international numbers, and added a "Search this Location" button to the proximity search feature.
